All orders are sent via Royal Mail, and will come with a tracking number. Should your parcel go missing, this reference number can be used to make a claim with Royal Mail. Feral Witch is not responsible for parcels after shipment.

If your candle or crystal has broken in transit, please send your order number and photos to feralwitchldn@gmail.com so we can assess the damages. Refunds offered must be processed via your original payment method.
